WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct research on dynamic and complex political developments, current issues, global trends, and key threats to Singapore

• Work on a wide range of intelligence reports for Singapore’s policy makers, including written reports, verbal presentations, and briefings

• Engage Singapore government agencies to understand Singapore’s policy concerns and national interests

• Engage academics and SID’s foreign counterparts in analytical discussions
  
  

If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to:

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team

• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind

• Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas

• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders

• Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential
