Finance and Procurement Plans Officer

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct horizon scanning and planning for F&P issues

• Conduct analysis on the effectiveness of SID's F&P ecosystem

• Provide advice and decision-making support to SID leadership on F&P matters

• Degree or professional qualification in accountancy, finance, or business administration required

• Working experience in the Singapore Public Service preferred

• Good understanding of government F&P policies

• Experience in F&P futures and strategic planning work, business development, and/or project management, change management, and engagement

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with data and able to apply both qualitative and quantitative input methods to obtain insights and propose strategies

• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
