You will be part of a team that devises, reviews and implements HR strategies
and policies in one of three key HR domains – (i) Welfare Services, (ii)
Discipline and (iii) HR Data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
|
|
Welfare Services
-
Work with key stakeholders to design, review, drive and implement policies
relating to staff welfare, benefits and payments
-
Run outplacement policies and processes to ease SID officers into their
retirement years
-
Organise events (e.g. awards and retirement ceremonies) to recognise outstanding
and/or long serving officers
Discipline:
HR Data:
-
Work with key stakeholders to drive the transformation of HR data, leveraging
technology to support SID’s growing demands for data analytics and strategic
decision making
-
Devise and review policies and frameworks to ensure HR data governance
and data integrity
-
Educate SID HR practitioners and stakeholders on the use of SID’s HR systems
and the importance of data accuracy
If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to:

Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team

Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs
in mind

Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical
