Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is rigorous as SID officers are entrusted with sensitive information to safeguard Singapore’s security and interests.
Past and present SID officers maintain discretion and uphold the highest standards of integrity at all times.
We assess applicants on their skills, knowledge, professional attributes, as well as organisational suitability. You will also be required to undergo a security vetting process to determine your suitability for employment.
We will ensure that your personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and care.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds as long as you are a Singapore
citizen.
|
|
SECURITY VETTING
|
|
All applicants will have to undergo a comprehensive security vetting process.
You will be required to provide personal information and fill up a Security Information Questionnaire.
You should ensure that your responses at each stage are accurate and truthful.

MENTAL WELLNESS
|
|
You are required to complete a Mental Health Declaration so
that we can assess your suitability for the job you applied for.
|
|
TIMELINE
|
|
On average, the recruitment process will take about five months from the
date of application, due to the classified nature of our work. We will
contact you within two weeks from the date of your application.

OUTCOME OF APPLICATION
|
|
You will be informed of your application outcome via email.
