You will play a key role in shaping SID’s workforce by conducting complex
data analysis to inform strategic decisions across the employee lifecycle
– from recruitment to retention. You will also be responsible for overseeing
the construction of data systems, models and dashboards to enable successful
data analysis and reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
|
|

Lead analytics projects or other projects related to extracting, cleaning
and presenting data with the purpose of deriving insights to support strategic
workforce planning and other HR decision-making

Develop strategies for successful data analysis and reporting
-
Craft and oversee the generation of reports and performance dashboards,
as well as their distribution
-
Implement data analytical tools, including manpower flow models, and statistics
to produce actionable insights
-
Engage senior leadership closely on data-based findings and recommendations
-
Collaborate with key partners across SID to collect data, set measurements
and benchmarks and assess data effectiveness based on organisational needs
and developments
