department's strategic and operational decisions, and by helping to improve
the efficiency and effectiveness of SID's systems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic
and operational frameworks, policies and processes

Manage SID's resources in areas of budget, manpower establishment and
physical space planning; and review performance management to support planning
efforts and decision-making processes

Develop effective communication and engagement plans to communicate these
policies and processes to internal and external stakeholders
