Senior Product Manager (Digital Production)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Business management: Lead and drive digital production transformation effort, focusing on ensuring long- term effectiveness and efficiency of the overall service system

• Discovery and co-define: Lead discussions and implementation efforts to enhance user experience, as well as develop training resources to adopt holistic IT strategies to help achieve required business outcomes

• Facilitate & co-ideate: Lead and coordinate discussions with stakeholders to gain alignment and develop roadmaps that encompass their business processes and value propositions

• R&D and co-develop: Drive and sustain partnerships with stakeholders to implement strategies, applications and prototypes through effective project management

• Change management: Oversee and supervise projects that drive changes/adopt new technologies, work processes, or that involve upskilling for product team

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team

• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind

• Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas

• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders

• Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

DESIRED QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES

• At least five years of managerial experience in business and software product management

• Relevant qualifications in service transformation, product management, digital design or tech related background

• Strong stakeholder management skills (preferably with experience in fostering organisational buy-in across the officer to C-suite levels)

• Strong growth mindset and high level of adaptability

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Motivated team player, as well as an independent self-starter
